Agreement and Terms
Festa Radon Technologies Co. offers the highest quality products available. The limits of all warranties extend to the products sold only and not to any damage or claim resulting from individual contractor use, installation or application of the same products. Festa Radon Technologies Co. supports and applies all Radon Mitigation Standards and recommendations, including those of AARST.
Festa Radon Technologies Co. will ship all orders against American Express, Visa, Mastercard, or C.O.D. In addition, we will ship 30 days net when guaranteed by any above credit card. Payment by above credit card will be processed on all accounts when 30 days past due date. Festa Radon Technologies Co. reserves the right to cancel credit at any time. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Balances past due will be subject to a service charge of 1¼ % per month. All returned checks will be subject to a $25 bank fee.
Returned items must be unused and in the original carton and must be salable as new. A restocking charge of 10% will be applied to all non-defective returned merchandise. Shipping and handling is additional and is not refundable. All prices are FOB Pittsburgh, PA 15209. Shipping will be by UPS Ground unless alternately specified.
