This warranty is extended to all customers who purchased their products directly from the manufacturer. If your product was purchased by a mitigation company or 3rd party installer you will have to follow the warranty conveyed by your installation professional for their services.

No argument and no expense to you whatsoever.
It’s as simple as calling the office the day you have a warranty. We will communicate with you on how to return the warrantied fan at our expense if it is 1 year old or less. If it is more than 1 year old, we only request the terminal box lid to be returned.
Festa Radon Technologies warrants that the Festa Radon Technologies Radon Fan Line (“the Products”) shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years for AC Radon Fans and Low Voltage Radon Fans and seven (7) years for EC Radon Fans from the date of original purchase of the fan. If the products prove to be defective within the applicable warranty period (5 years for AC and Low Voltage Fans, and 7 years for EC Fans) by reason of faulty workmanship or materials, Festa Radon Technologies will have the defective product (or any part thereof) replaced at no cost to the purchaser subject to the following conditions:
The product has been purchased and used solely in accordance with accepted radon mitigation practices and recommendations according to the EPA’s Radon Standards of Practice, state, and local codes.
The product or piece is returned promptly upon being found defective; together with this warranty and proof of installation date must be shipped to Festa Radon Technologies Company from whom the product was purchased. All warranty claims must be made through Festa Radon Technologies.
This warranty shall not apply to any product failure or defect due to causes beyond the reasonable control of Festa Radon Technologies including:
Damage caused by/from/or through:
Fire(s)
Flood
Explosion(s)
Accident(s)
Misuse
Neglect
Incorrect adjustment or repair
Damages caused by or during installation
Adaptation(s)
Modification(s)
Improper use
Inconsistent use with the technical and/or safety standards required
Damage occurring during transit to or from the purchaser
Part(s) not supplied or approved by Festa Radon Technologies
*If at any time during the Warranty Period, any part or parts of the Product are replaced with a part or parts not supplied or approved by Festa Radon Technologies or the Product has been dismantled or repaired by any person not authorized by Festa Radon Technologies, Festa Radon Technologies shall have the right to terminate this warranty in whole or in part immediately without further notice.
Unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery and will incur a 15% restocking fee. We will not accept the return if it appears the fan was connected to an active mitigation system.
A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all non-defective, returned merchandise.
Festa Radon Technologies’ decision on all matters relating to complaints and Product defect failures (alleged or actual) shall be final.
Any product or defective part, which has been replaced shall be Festa Radon Technologies’ property.
All Festa Radon Technologies warranties are available to purchaser for a full five (5) years for AC and Low Voltage Fans and seven (7) years for EC fans, from the date of purchase, per the terms listed above.
All warranty replacements must be processed directly from Festa Radon. Please do not purchase warranty replacement from any indirect online retailer.

Home builders who practice Radon Resistant New Construction using Festa AMG Radon Fans will be able to transfer the manufacturer's warranty to home buyer. The home owner and owner of the radon fan will need to fill out the warranty card that they receive from their builder (also available below) and send it to us either by mail (47A Progress Ave. Cranberry Township, PA 16066) or email (admin@festaradon.com) in the event of a warranty claim.

The no-hassle, no-cost warranty only applies to customers who purchase the fan directly from the manufacturer. We recommend you check for a warranty offered by your radon mitigation system installer, as most radon professionals will offer a system warranty.
If you cannot produce proof of purchase or find a system warranty offered by the system installer, we will still stand by our products. To accommodate those who believe they have a failed unit that falls in the warranty window (5 years for AC and Low Voltage Fans and 7 years for EC Fans), we have a program that allows you to ship back the unit to Festa Radon [47 Progress Ave, Cranberry Township, PA 16066] at the customer's expense. We will evaluate the unit and, if the failure is due to workmanship or materials, Festa Radon will provide a comparable replacement at no cost to you.
Please ensure that it is appropriately packaged to protect the fan. Any units received with shipping damage cannot be properly evaluated for replacement.
