Festa Radon Technologies Company offers the highest quality products available.

  1. The limits of all warranties extend only to products sold and not to damage or claim as a result of individual contractor use, of the said product during installation or application.
  2. Festa Radon Technologies Company supports and complies with national radon mitigation standards and recommendations. 
  3. In addition, we will ship 30 days net when guaranteed by any credit card listed below, and with an approved credit application.

Festa Radon Technologies Company will ship all orders using:

  • American Express
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Discover
  • C.O.D. 
  1. Payment will be processed on all accounts when 30 days is past due. Festa Radon Technologies Company reserves the right to cancel credit at any time. 
  2. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
  3. Balances past due will be subject to a service charge of 1.25% per month. 
  4. Returned checks will incur a $40.00 bank fee.
  5. Returned items must be unused and in the original carton. 
  6. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all non-defective, returned merchandise. 
  7. Unused fans must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  8. Shipping and handling fees are additional and not refundable. 
  9. All prices are FOB Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania 16066. 
  10. Shipping will be by FedEx Ground unless alternatively specified.
